The place of Christ in God’s theme to save  His creation, is well documented below.  Verses 9 and 10 speak volumes!  “the head over all rule and authority, makes us complete.  He was the fullness of Deity as he lived on earth.  He lived so that he could be “the perfect sacrifice” needed to bring peace between us and God!  Pray that each of us is “firmly rooted and established” in Christ!

Col 2:6-10    Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, 7  having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude. 8  See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ.  9  For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form,  10  and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over all rule and authority;

Our Prayer:
Father. Thank You for the presentation of Your plan to save us. Thank You  Jesus for coming to this earth in love to perfect that plan.  By Your design dear God, “Immanuel” has completed us in Christ’s fullness.  We praise You that this is true.  How You have loved us, Father.  By Your promise and living hope, we want to love You eternally.  Help us to root and establish in Jesus increasingly with joy.  What a Glorious God we serve...   In Jesus we pray,   Amen.
